Welcome to Chlikk Parenting – a trading style of Chlikk Limited. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Business, which outline your rights and responsibilities as a user.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Chlikk offers three subscription options to meet your co-parenting needs:

- Freemium: Free access to essential tools.

- Paid: £6.99/month or £69.99/year.

- Premium: £29.99/month or £299.99/year.

*Note: All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Pricing may change with prior notice.*

3. What You Get by Plan

Features by subscription tier:

- Freemium: Basic messaging, shared calendar access, CoBreather, and standard email support.

- Paid: All Freemium features, plus expense tracking, overnight stay logging, CoBreather, and 1GB photo uploads.

- Premium: All Paid features, plus:

• AI-assisted communication support (CoGuard and CoBreather)

• Unlimited photo/document storage

• Advanced scheduling tools with reminders

• Priority customer support

4. Payment & Refund Policy

- Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider.

- All charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

- Users are responsible for managing their own billing settings.

- Option for users to split the cost monthly

5. Our AI Features and Legal Protection

CoGuard – Legal Message Intelligence

CoGuard helps users communicate responsibly by interpreting legal documents (e.g., court orders or non-molestation orders) and flagging non-compliant messages.

Protected elements include:

- The underlying concept, code, and legal parsing algorithm

- UX design and message flagging interface

- Legal-response adaptation and tone moderation, which recommends a modified response to users before sending. 

CoBreather – AI Messaging Pause

CoBreather helps prevent conflict by pausing emotionally charged or excessive messages before they're sent.

Protected elements include:

- The AI pause logic, scoring system, and message cooldown design

- UX behaviour and psychological safety triggers

Both features are original works developed by Chlikk Limited and protected by UK copyright law and international treaties (Berne Convention, WIPO). Any replication, imitation, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited. Legal enforcement will be pursued globally if infringed.

6. Important Notice on AI Guidance

AI systems may sometimes get it wrong. CoGuard and CoBreather are here to assist—but do not replace legal advice. If you are under a court order, bail condition, or any legal restriction, always seek advice from a solicitor.

You are solely responsible for verifying your messages and understanding your legal obligations before sending communication through the app. Chlikk accepts no liability for outcomes arising from AI recommendations.

7. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

- Provide accurate, up-to-date account information.

- Communicate respectfully—no harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.

- Maintain confidentiality for all information exchanged via the app.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

- Breaching these terms

- Using the app to harm others

- Engaging in illegal or abusive communication

Appeals are reviewed case-by-case. Contact us if you believe an error has occurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chlikk Parenting is a support tool, not a legal advisor or dispute resolution service. The platform is provided “as is.” We strive for continuous uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
